Appointment of the Temporary Special Delegate for Peru

    With effect from November 1st, 2023, Mr. Jorge Luis Peña Portuguez was appointed to the position of Temporary Special Delegate for the Republic of Peru.

    The Temporary Special Delegate's fundamental mission is to ensure that, in the respective country, an organization similar to the National Civil Intervention Corps is created.

    Therefore, for all purposes considered convenient, this appointment was made known to His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Peru in Portugal.

    Jorge Portuguez, a Peruvian national, is trained as a Public Security Expert and Auxiliary Paramedic and will report during the process of legalizing the organization in his country directly to the Board of Directors
