The National Civil Intervention Body is a non-governmental humanitarian agency for the areas of development cooperation, emergency management, civil emergency planning, humanitarian aid and emergency aid, founded on April 30, 2008 in Portugal.
Bearing in mind the intention of expanding its intervention capacity, it is currently building its database for the constitution of a representation in Canada.
